Mountain Bike Downhill! (Dorfgastein)
Enjoy the real thrill of Mountain Biking in one of the most
spectacular valleys of the Austrian alps. With our
Mountain-Bike-Shuttle Bus we drive you to the Heumoseralm which
lies at an altitude of 1612 metres. Here we take a short break
to enjoy the splendid views of the valley far below and make a
few final adjustments to our bikes before the tour begins.
Following our experienced guide, we ride a short distance gently
up hill to the Grabner Alm (1717 metres). From here the fast
decent gets under way. Hold your breath as you cross ski pistes,
go through forests and onto rugged off road trails leading back
to the valley floor.

Mountain Bike Tour through the National Park
The start of this spectacular mountain bike tour is in Kolm/Saigurn
which lies at the end of the Rauris valley in the heart of the
Hohe Tauern national park at an altitude of 1600 metres,
offering fantastic views of the surrounding glaciers. The tour
takes you for more than 26 km through the valley. The
difference is elevation is approximately 900 m between the start
and finish of the tour and has very few uphill stretches! The
end of the tour is in Taxenbach which is 700 m above sea level.
